Responsible for testing and applying software updates and patches as necessary and troubleshooting ERP application issues to resolve production problems. This person must be customer service oriented while also being assertive, self sufficient, and able to multi-task in a variety of projects. 4-year undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience in business/information systems and/or the business use of technology for delivering information, 2 years of direct work with Syspro ERP/CRM systems and related business applications and reporting tools
