This position is responsible for controlling and maintaining the ERP and CRM application software, ensuring 24/7 operational stability and data integrity. Responsible for testing and applying software updates and patches as necessary and troubleshooting ERP application issues to resolve production problems. Primary contact for ERP/CRM related reporting including the extraction data, importing of data, generation of Ad-Hoc reports, queries, scripts, and stored procedures as needed. This person must be customer service oriented while also being assertive, self sufficient, and able to multi-task in a variety of projects. 4-year undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience in business/information systems and/or the business use of technology for delivering information, 2 years of direct work with Syspro ERP/CRM systems and related business applications and reporting tools
