Roanoke Blog Workshop

This past Thursday, Roanoke Biz2Biz hosted a bloggers workshop at WDBJ 7. Over 50 individuals – half bloggers, and half non-bloggers – attended the event.

The event provided an opportunity for people to learn more about the concept of blogging for business and community efforts, as well as, providing an offline opportunity for local bloggers to meet face-to-face.

    Hi, Stuart. I thoroughly enjoyed the workshop, and I’m glad to have had the opportunity to meet you and some of the others.

    I’ve had blogs in years past but let them go due to other pursuits. But what I heard that day made me realize how valuable a tool a Web log can truly be, particularly for networking purposes. Therefore “Rob’s Window” was, um, “opened.” :)

    Thanks again, and I hope our paths haven’t crossed for the last time.
