Moseley Real Estate Schools, Inc. has an immediate need for an energetic and highly organized individual to join our rapidly expanding corporate office in Roanoke, Virginia. We provide state-mandated real estate education and career services to current and prospective real estate professionals. Core responsibilities for this entry level position include providing exceptional service to customers in a professional manner; developing customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistent customer satisfaction; troubleshooting and resolving non-routine customer issues; and serving as a liaison between customers and various internal departments related to product development, production and shipping issues. Promotional opportunities exist for the ideal candidate who has: a bachelor’s degree or who is actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree; outstanding written and oral communication skills; and excellent computer skills.
